You choose the frequency of your sessions. One-off sessions are also okay!

I took part in a few exposure sessions together with Kuba. Going out and facing my fear of crowds was very helpful. Having a therapist who is professional but not overly serious helped me to feel comfortable. I am now free of panic attacks!
The sessions are helping - I can tell. I am able to do things I wasn't able to do in the past. Before starting therapy I had many unresolved problems, and now I am starting to make sense of them and I am feeling so much lighter.
